Where is your body shop in South San Francisco?
We're at 136 South Linden Ave, Suite B, South San Francisco, CA 94080, in the Lindenville industrial district east of El Camino and just off South Airport Boulevard. Look for bays B and C at 136, with the Wu's Auto Center signs above them.
Can my insurance company make me use their body shop?
No. In California the choice of repair shop is yours. Your insurer can suggest one of their network shops, but they cannot require it. Tell them the vehicle is going to Wu's Auto Center and we'll handle the claim from there.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes. We work directly with all major insurers on collision and accident claims. We write the estimate, submit it to your adjuster, and handle any supplements if we find further damage once the panels come off.
How do I get to you from Highway 101?
Take the South Airport Boulevard or Grand Avenue exit and head for South Linden Ave. We're a couple of minutes from both the 101 and the I-380 interchange, which is why we see a lot of accident work from those on-ramps.
Do you only serve South San Francisco?
South San Francisco is home, but we're a short drive for most of northern San Mateo County. We regularly take work from San Bruno, Daly City, Brisbane, Colma, Millbrae, Pacifica, Burlingame and San Mateo.
Do you sell auto parts?
No. We're a repair and body shop. We source and fit whatever parts a repair needs, but we don't sell parts to the public.
